What and Where


Welcome!

After logging in you will see the list of tickets you might work on - the 'inbox'. Those are ticket addressed to you personally or to a team which lists you as a member.

On the left you find the main menu with the following options...

  • Inbox - the current view
  • Outbox - the list of tickets you 'own'. You should keep an eye on these tickets and make sure that they are finalized timely and for your customers satisfaction.
  • Create Ticket: Create new tickets and address them to teams or specific agents
  • Archive: Search for tickets, no matter if they are new or finalized weeks ago
  • Dashboard: Get a quick view on the current workload.
  • "You" (your username is shown here): See your own team assignments and what colleagues are online.
  • Experts: Your list of external experts

Click on the person icon top left of the screen to access some personal settings:

  • Select the user interfaces' language 
  • Check 'Accept notifications' to allow web push notification from todo4teams or
  • send a notification to another user or a team
  • Click 'Log out' to close your session. If you wanted to be remembered on this computer just close the window or browser without clicking 'Log out'.
