Web push messages can be sent directly by users or triggered by simple commands in scripts.

Ticket alert - formerly "job alert"

In the previous version, it was possible to be informed about new tickets via a “job alert”. This option no longer exists in this form, but can easily be replicated using web push messages for specific events. This has the advantage that you do not have to have todo4teams open to receive the messages (the browser must be open on the PC, but this is not necessary on mobile devices).
