In the menu item "My Profile" - marked by the person symbol, you will see your own user profile:

Here you can find out which teams you belong to and which roles you have:

In the second tab "My recipients" you can see the list of teams to which you can send tickets.

The "Online" column shows you how many agents belong to the respective team and how many of them are currently logged on to todo4teams, for example in the "All" team two out of a total of 36.

Open the individual entries to see which employees are currently online:
