Reopen a ticket in the outbox


As long as a ticket is still in the 'open' status, you as the owner can change and reset it.

To do this, select it in the outgoing list and press the "Change" button.

The title, description, attachments, target processing time and even the recipient can now be changed.

It is not possible to change tickets that are already being processed or that have been successfully processed.

A special case are tickets that have been rejected by the processor. These can also be reopened by the owner by clicking the "Change" button. The job changes back to the "open" status and can be accepted again by a processor. Here you should carefully check why the processor could not close the ticket. Correct the ticket according to his comments in the "Comment" field.

Also note that you may have to adjust the target time because tickets with a remaining time that has already elapsed cannot be saved.
