Deleting tickets


You can delete tickets that you have created as long as they are still in the 'open' or 'rejected' status.

This will remove the message from the incoming list of users who have it for processing.

To do this, use the "Delete" button on the ticket that you selected in the outgoing list and confirm the request:

Deleted tickets can also no longer be displayed in the archive search.
