Archive tickets

As the owner of a ticket, you track the life cycle of a ticket in the outgoing list using the statuses 'open', 'locked' (blocked), possibly 'rejected' and 'closed'.

In accordance with the four-eyes principle, you should check tickets in the 'completed' status to ensure they have been correctly completed: Has the person processing the ticket left a corresponding note in the 'comment' field or does a follow-up ticket need to be created?

If the customer's request has been processed successfully, you can remove the ticket from your outgoing list by executing the 'archive' action.

You can still find the ticket in the archive search if necessary.
