Special features of email tickets
If the sender has sent file attachments, these are saved as attachments to the ticket. You can download them or open them directly:
Please note that file attachments can contain malicious code! Always use up-to-date virus scanning software to prevent receiving malicious emails and to protect your workstation.
Emails are often sent in HTML format. These emails are correctly displayed in todo4teams in the "Description" field.
You can open embedded hyperlinks directly - please be careful of fraudulent content here.
If the sender sends their message both as plain text and in HTML format (so-called multipart message), the plain text version is also offered for display in the description field.
If the sender has digitally signed or encrypted their message, a corresponding note will be displayed in the header of the description.
A signed email guarantees that the content has not been changed during transmission:
Encryption also guarantees that the content can only be read by you (or the users logged in todo4teams).
