Answering emails
Answering an email with todo4teams is the same as dealing with a "normal" ticket, with the difference that a reply email is sent at the same time.
When todo4teams processes a received email, the sender, reply-to address, etc. are saved as properties of the ticket.
todo4teams uses this data to send a reply, as you are used to from your email program - however, with todo4teams you can complete this task in a team with any number of employees and many thousands of messages per day, coordinated, with a secure lock mechanism to prevent multiple processing.
