Dashboard
You can open the "Dashboard" via the entry of the same name in the main menu.
Dashboard means "instrument panel". This page gives you a quick overview of the service situation of the teams you are assigned to in four diagrams that update automatically on a regular basis.
In the diagrams, click on to show or hide the legend of the diagram and change the categories displayed.
Open tickets
This pie chart shows you the number of open tickets per team, regardless of the time remaining to complete them.
Here you can see at a glance which team is currently particularly busy.
Agents
The "Agents" diagram shows you how many users are assigned to a team and how many of them are currently logged in to todo4tems.
In comparison with the "Open tickets" diagram, you can quickly see which teams are currently understaffed.
Tickets by status
Here you can also see the number of locked tickets for each team, i.e. tickets that are currently being processed, as well as the rejected tickets that are waiting to be corrected and re-posted by the owner. Use the archive search to display the relevant tickets.
Tickets that expire today
Here you can see the number of tickets that will exceed their target time by the end of the ticket if they are not dealt with beforehand.
These tickets or teams therefore deserve special attention in order to keep the service level high.
