To physically delete an AI, you must completely remove all its data from the database. To do this, select an AI from the AI ​​table and click the "Delete" button in the dialog that appears. You can then proceed with the deletion after a confirmation prompt.

This process respects database integrity; if the AI ​​is already referenced by teams, it cannot be physically deleted until those references within the respective teams have been removed.

To remove an AI that has already been activated and referenced in todo4teams, you can perform a logical deletion. To do this, open the AI ​​details dialog (as described in the previous section) and uncheck the "Active" box in the AI's properties.
