Signatures: Formatting with HTML
In todo4teams you can configure an e-mail box directly so that automatically a reply message is sent with a separate signature text when receiving a mail.
The option for definine a signature text you find within the basic data of the corresponding e-mail address in the main tab "E-Mail" of todo4teams.
This signature text can be defined in analogy to HTML conventions with formatting, links and images.
All standard HTML tags such as <table>, <a> <br/>, or <img> might be used.
If you are still unsure about creating a signature that is created using HTML, you can alternatively make use of the word processor of your choice. The common word processing programs can also save all in HTML format; the code thus generated is then not as clean as hand-coded HTML but will also work within the signatures in todo4teams.
The configured e-mail signature text box can also be used as standard in e-mail responses to jobs in todo4teams.

Please note:
In todo4teams two separate CSS files "emailCss" and "editorCss" are stored with the possibly that they might override the formatting contained in your signature text.
You can find these files in the main menu "server settings".
These are two CSS files that are used to globaly display HTML format documents in todo4teams; if necessary adjustments must be made here to show your signatures properly.
